Join us for another exciting megagame, this time led by Gen Con Megagame veteran Sam Bassett!
Watch the Skies: Turbo is a megagame about high level diplomacy, building an economic machine, clever research, and good ol' political intrigue -- in the midst of an interstellar crisis: first contact with extraterrestrials.
This experience is a hybrid of board game, RPG and political simulation, with the majority of the players representing the scientists, diplomats, military leaders and politicians of the world's most influential nations, and a smaller group of players representing the aliens. Will you work with others to try to save humanity, or will you use the crisis to advance your own interests?
Watch the Skies was originally developed by Jim Wallman, a wargame designer based in London. Watch the Skies holds the record for the largest megagame played, reaching 300 players in one game. (We will be running a condensed, faster version for our evening game.)
Only $15 to play, and we'll provide everything you need for a one-of-a-kind gaming experience.
