Doom Metal Yoga is happening at No Land Beyond on Thurs 11/11/21! All levels are welcome, including beginners/those who are unfamiliar with yoga in general, but are intrigued to give it a try! This class will be taught by Erica Cerquetti, RYT-200, a heavily music & sound-inspired Yogi, as well as the Bard of "Whose Roll Is It Anyway?" (Erica is also a nurse practitioner, professional musician/vocalist, vocal coach, composer, avid baker). The class costs $15 per person- in the midst of the pandemic/guidelines, there can only be up to 20 people (max) attending the class, so to reserve your spot in advance, pay $15 via Venmo to @Erica-Cerquetti, or PayPal (to: ericapatoka@gmail.com). Please bring and wear your mask (it is cool, we'll all look like total Ninja badasses!) and bring your Yoga mat/water/yoga blocks/folded blanket/any other props you typically use within your yoga practice, if you use them/have your own. There will be a *small* supply of extra yoga mats/yoga blocks/folded blankets, but not enough for everyone in a full house. Come on down to Doom Metal Yoga!
